    • Improve manufacturing processes for cost reduction, waste and efficiency

    • NPI development and writing manufacturing plans for new products

    • Develop, validate & document standardized, optimal & efficient inspection methods for the Machine Shop in-process inspection that is correlated with post-process inspection results

    • New part inspection process and tooling

    • Research and design new processes

    • Design tooling equipment and enhancements
