    Job Description

    • This role gives to the Manufacturing Engineer exposure to work with different areas and other sites, seeing topics that vary from day to day operation in Prepack and Final Pack, to brand protection and novelty confidentiality with several departments.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Creation, Improvement and change of procedures, followed to a success deployment.

    • Installation of new equipment and engineering changes.

    • Daily support in production lines.

    • Search for opportunity areas to improve equipment and processes.

    • Contact with suppliers, quotations and purchases.

    • Improvement projects following the guidelines in LEGO Project Managment.

    • Continuous improvement projects following the guidelines in LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI).

    • Align with IMS requirements.

    • Maintenance and updating of information (Combi, SAP BW, reports, etc).

    • Interaction and support production systems.

    • Support to other areas with respect to implementations of projects where production could be affected.

    • LCI Tools implementation and maintenance.

    Are you up for the challenge?

    • +5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering area.

    • Lean Manufacturing knowledge.

    • This role requires to be full onsite due to responsibilities of the position.

    • The base salary for this position generally ranges between $$80,000 USD- $110,00 USD. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
