Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Manufacturing HyCare Leader based at our Greenville, NC manufacturing facility.

What you will do

• Facilitate andguide our manufacturing operations in partnership with other departments throughout the customer company journey.

• Collaborate with manufacturing sites and leadership teams to ensure the company delivers on its commitment to its customers.

• Promote our customer first culture by implementing strategies to develop individuals, systems, and procedures.

• Act as the 'voice of the customer' and ensure a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Effectively measure manufacturing processes that focus on solving customer problems, quality, and on-time-delivery.

• Lead creative strategies tofacilitate understanding and acceptance of change across multiple functional areas.

What you will need

• B.S. in Business Administration / Management, Engineering

Skills, Experience & Abilities

• 5+ years' work experience in project management, communications and manufacturing processes.

• Technical manufacturing systems knowledge

• Company product knowledge and exposure to financial principles and controls
