    We are currently hiring for a Manufacturing Process Engineer. In this role you will manages capital projects related to process and quality improvements, process safety, environmental impact and reliability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze production batches and ensure production runs properly to meet or exceed targets. Review production data and generate summary reports. Key focus is to achieve world class Right Time Manufacturing performance.

    • Provides clear, relevant and accurate daily, weekly or monthly reports and executive summaries as required to communicate and drive continuous improvement and improved quality performance.

    • Works closely with Technical Groups (Industrialization, Quality, Maintenance, Production) to research and test process improvements. Coordinates with QA/QC to manage process changes, and understand impact on safety, quality and the environment. Implement process improvements of the assigned manufacturing area. Determine effectiveness of changes against baseline data and include in documented project reporting.

    • Manages capital projects related to process and quality improvements, process safety, environmental impact and reliability.

    • Lead work area process improvement weekly meetings and be present to lead and support all shifts by maintaining a flexible schedule and meeting with team members of each shift at least once per week.

    • Provide technical education, training and instructions to production staff to ensure that operators have good working and knowledge skills. Work with Maintenance and HS&E to assist in maintaining the Process Safety Management (PSM) and Management of Change (MOC) programs.

    You bring

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering required.

    • 2 years of experience in all facets of plant engineering

    • 2 years Engineering experience in a Chemical Food, or Pharmaceutical related manufacturing facility preferred

    • Six Sigma Training a plus

    • Certification or experience in quality assurance a plus
