MDM Technician

Description

Mobile Device Management Technicians with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users in an understandable and concise format will find a great opportunity at Robert Half. If you are an articulate problem solver who loves to work in a challenging and positive environment, this may be the Desktop Support Technician role for you. This Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term contract / temporary to hire in nature and is located in the Savannah, Georgia, area.

Your responsibilities

• Administer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Interface regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

• Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

• Offer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

• Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

• Rectify computer problems, and suggest appropriate action/solutions

• Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate

Requirements - Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

• Desktop support or related experience

• Knowledge of Mobile Device Support

• Strong familiarity with Zoom
