Mechanical Engineer

Description

Sourcing for a mechanical engineering with 10+ years of experience working in O&G, Power Gen or Renewables. Specifically, candidates should have understanding of reciprocating or mobile type equipment. Solidworks & AutoCAD experience of atleast 5+ years is required. Develop mechanical engineering designs, equipment lists, general arrangements, and process flow diagrams (PFDs) in accordance with project requirements. Prepare technical specifications, and sizing calculations for major equipment, including but not limited to gas compression, gas conditioning and power generation. Perform intermediate complexity engineering designs including analysis, calculations, research, and equipment selection. Provide field installation support and construction personnel and in pre-commissioning & start-up support. Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of mechanical designs to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications. Interact with 3rd party OEM packagers and general contractors to coordinate mechanical engineering activities and ensure project success. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs with overall project objectives. Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and client presentations to communicate progress, findings, and recommendations effectively.
