Mechanical Engineer

Our client is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for participating in design of product concepts, product components and prototypes. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: Mentor, OH

Pay Rate: $65,000-$75,000/year (will be dependent on experience level)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the definition of new test protocols and methods.

• Lead and/or participate in design reviews; work collaboratively on design team

• Oversee multiple projects and work cross functionally with various teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Proficient in SolidWorks

• Utilization and analysis of FEA software
