    In your role, you will

    • Candidate must have the ability to work well with shop floor personal as well as engineering peers & leaders, demonstrate ability to project manage task from start to finish with minimal guidance. Competent in Manufacturing engineering subjects and applications with the ability to work with multi-disciplined teams.

    • Candidate will use data-driven problem-solving techniques designed to identify and address quality issues in a process, which improves its outcomes and makes these improvements more predictable.

    • Candidate must possess continuous improvement mindset, dedicated, customer focused, with a willingness to challenge the status quo. Must be a good listener, advocate for common sense, an Integrator, an enabler, flexible, agile, nimble, analytical, factual, an introspective thinker, a proactive planner & predictive.

    As our ideal candidate

    Students of industrial engineering, manufacturing, or reference.

    Be available to carry out their internship on site.

    Knowledge

    Apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles, concepts and future Technologies.

    Problem Solving

    Work on complex technical problems and provide solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.

    Impact

    Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into the final product.

    Integrator

    Acts as advisor to management and customers providing technical assistance to obtain the desired results via data driven conversations.

    Project Management

    Focuses on planning and organizing a project and its resources. This includes identifying and managing the lifecycle to be used, applying it to the user-centered design process, formulating the project team, and efficiently guiding the team through all phases until project completion.
