75% Office 365 Administration
Become thought leader and primary stakeholder of Office 365 and associated services in the Carter's environment
Proficiency with O365 Suite of Tools including core office products: Office, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Yammer, and their associated mobile applications for associate use
Ensuring the operational health of Teams, SharePoint, and other O365 services including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability
Facilitate the migration of data into the Office 365 cloud platform and Office 365 SharePoint
Manage Teams Phone System
Support business partners in identifying areas where Office 365 can be utilized to improve existing processes
Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services
Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support
Evangelize and educate end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools
Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilization reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings
20% Computing Systems Analysis & Design
Exercise independent judgement and logic in prioritization of tasks and developing solutions to technical problems
Systems analysis, including consulting with users, and application of industry knowledge to determine functional requirements for new computer systems and system enhancements
Design, develop, document, and test computer systems or programs relating to user or system design specifications to ensure ease of use and overall system acceptance
Researches commercially available software to identify products that might meet departmental requirements; investigates products' ability to meet user, functional, and technical requirements
Evaluates impact of solution alternatives and assesses risk to support decision-making
Adhere to and identify potential shortcomings related to SOX and PCI requirements and inform staff on established Company policy
Document and share knowledge with staff and other team members
Remain current on industry trends and advancements in technology
5% Systems Support & Administration
Resolve technical issues while providing excellent Customer Service by effectively communicating with user during support process
End user equipment ordering, configuration, delivery, relocation and repair; including analysis and selection of technology required, evaluating impact of lease vs purchase of equipment, & research into new technologies which may affect Company standards
Configure end user personal and Corporate smartphones for mobile email access
File restoration, file and folder permission, & Active Directory management
Serve as 24x7x365 hands on support for local MDF and IT facilities
Required Experience:
High level of knowledge of Office 365
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, Mobile Device Management
Understanding of a hybrid Windows and Mac Enterprise environment
Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience in a Desktop Support or similar role
Strong communication skills required for face-to-face client interaction and intra-team collaboration
Must work nights and weekends when required and be available to be contacted while not on duty
Maintain updated knowledge of new technology
Handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Ability to troubleshoot issues related to Java, web browsers, and Citrix to support web-based Enterprise applications
Familiarity with Microsoft server management tools including Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File and Folder permissions management and others
Ability to troubleshoot unfamiliar and bespoke software applications
Ability to communicate and function as a thought leader in the Technology Services team
