Operations Technical Trainer

Description:

Operations Technical Trainer (Summer Intern) - Will work in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Operations, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure a safe and professional environment. Technical trainers provide training and education on technology/technical systems to individuals and organizations. Delivered through hands-on training classes, online sessions, and/or workshops, they teach best practices for utilizing these technologies. This position will shadow and work closely with Operation Managers and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

-Student currently enrolled in classes leading to an accredited bachelors degree.

-Desire and motivation to develop a career in Education/Customer excellence

-Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team

-Accuracy and attention to detail is required in performing all functions of this position.

-Ability to identify and solve problems and to multi-task under deadlines

-Work in close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Operations Supply Chain and HR to ensure a safe and professional environment.

-Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively

-Must demonstrate judgment tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers

-Adhere to SOPs SLAs and departmental training guidelines

-Excellent written and oral communications skills are required

-Experience with Microsoft Office package

Physical Requirements

-Must be able to stand continuously

-Must be able to lift and or carry the max of 50 pounds occasionally

-Must be able to bend, squat, reach above shoulder level

-Must be able to use both right and left hand and foot for repetitive action simple grasping pushing and pulling and fine manipulation occasionally

-Vision requirements for this position: close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more), color vision, peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), depth perception (three dimensional vision) and the ability to adjust focus.
