    The Oracle Fusion Functional ERP Analyst is responsible for being the lead support for Financials and Operations/Supply Chain systems. The ideal candidate will work to gather and document detailed requirements for business needs and translate those into technical specifications. You will collaborate with other team members including end users, business analysts, architects, or web services teams to determine functional and/or technical solutions and designs.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Demonstrate understanding of Oracle Fusion system configurations that enable the business processes, specifically for all Financial and Supply Chain Modules (GL, Payables, Receivables, Projects, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement)

    • Responsible for day-to-day production support of the Oracle ERP/SCM platform, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in the production environment and in coordination with multiple support groups.

    • Provide subject matter expertise to Oracle Fusion system end-users and manage the development activities and production support for Configurations, Customizations, Integrations, Data Migration, Reports, Output Documents, and unit testing using SDLC methodologies.

    • As a member of the Production Support team, ensure incidents, Oracle enhancement requests and Oracle Service Requests (SRs) are resolved with in a timely manner.

    • Support high priority deadlines such as monthly and yearly book close, billing and payment activities, and quickly respond and resolve technical issues.

    • Build and manage relationships with internal customers and stakeholders by increasing and sharing the understanding of the systems while proactively identifying system improvements.

    • Manage, plan and execute small to medium sized projects and contribute to determining feasibility of goals/objectives.

    • Manage technical priorities for the team and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

    • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and can effectively handle ambiguous situations.

    Experience and Requirements:

    • 3+ years techno-functional experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP & EPM products

    • Desired technical experience with API, FBDI loads, BIP, BICC, ESS jobs, Configuration, etc.

    • Desired experience and understanding integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP Cloud including making REST and SOAP calls, FBDI File Uploads, and extracting ERP Cloud data using BIP reports

    • Project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects concurrently in a high paced environment.

    • Demonstrated experience with PL/SQL (Programming Language/Structured Query Language) or other programming languages.

    • Highly organized with an ability to multi-task and work to deadlines under pressure

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; inclusive of data mining and ad hoc reporting.

    • Demonstrated experience in successful implementation of technology solutions.

    • Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a large, global diverse team

    • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

    • Building internal confidence in an environment of consistent evolution and business transformation.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or another relevant field.
