    Pay Range $22.00 to $29.00/hr.

    We are looking for a "Printer Technician" to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Field Service Representative to join our team at HP. In this customer-facing, non-exempt position, you will provide comprehensive hardware support and related services specifically to HP's PC Products customers. The role involves supporting a wide range of products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations, with printer knowledge being a significant advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide on-site hardware support for HP's PC products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS systems, workstations, and printers.

    • Troubleshoot hardware problems, configure hardware and software components, and perform unit repairs as needed.

    • Collaborate with team members to manage critical service events and ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Interact with customers and HP management to align with business needs and maintain contractual commitments.

    • Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in working with tools and alignment apparatus.

    • Prioritize and balance multiple activities and issues effectively.

    • Communicate effectively with customers and HP management, both verbally and in writing.

    • Adhere to administrative responsibilities and make solid business-based decisions.

    • Stay updated on industry and company knowledge to provide optimal technology solutions to customers.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds of weight, and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, stooping, and sitting.

    • Flexibility to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including holidays and shift work.

    • Previous customer-facing experience is required.

    • Technical/mechanical hardware repair experience is essential.

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional hardware technology training is preferred.
