Process Integration Engineer - L7/L8

Job Description

This position is for a Process Integration Engineer to be a part of a Fab Integration engineering team participating in advance technology development and manufacturing implementation in our client's 300mm wafer fab in Malta, New York. They will be responsible for identifying and resolving process integration issues and related problems. Developing custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs, and supporting new designs with module characterization and design rule development. They will work with cross function teams to resolve technical and yield concerns, and develop and improve test structures that enable fast and rigorous characterization of process. Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to deliver organizational goals, and perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

Skills and Requirements

*Can offer relocation assistance

• Master/PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering or other relevant engineering or physical science discipline. *

- 8+ years experience in Semiconductor/Fab related environment

o 4+ years of Proces Integration Engineer or Process Development Engineer Experience - Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to lead and influence at high levels within the organization

- Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity. null
