Product Analyst (Mid Level)

Job Description

This Product Analyst would be supporting the Ambulatory Surgery center IT department. They have several legacy applications that are outdated and are working on implementing new products. To start, they would be coming in and understanding the products they currently have and what they are working to implement. They will have to learn company process and procedures. They will have to work with business partners heavily to learn how they operate and work with them to accomplish day to day. They will eventually be owning a product and work with business. They will also work with vendors to create guides.

Skills and Requirements

• Mid level 2-3 years of experience as Product Analyst, BA, or even Infrastructure (needs some exp)

• Soft skills, team fit, potential to learn

• Basic Microsoft office skills

• Familiarity with scheduling and billing systems in a healthcare environment

-Healthcare knowledge -EMR experience null
