    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Scheduler III to join our team in Edwards, CA .

    Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

    Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system.

    Coordinating TDP timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.

    Monitoring project timelines and deadlines, identify potential project schedule delays and facilitate swift intervention.

    Integrating individual TDP schedules into an Integrated Master Schedule.

    Working with the Technical Project Manager and project teams on moderate-to-large TDP projects.

    The Program Scheduler III is a senior role with extensive experience keeping projects on track.

    The Program Scheduler III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree and 9 years of experience (candidate holding a relevant Master's degree may be granted 2 years' experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years' experience credit)

    • High School Diploma + 13 years of experience will also be considered

    Desired Qualifications

    • 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.

    • Project Management Institute (PMI) Scheduling Professional (SP) Certification.

    Clearance Requirements

    • Active Top Secret clearance

    Physical Requirements

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

    • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

    • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

    The projected compensation range for this position is $103,800-$172,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it's employees beyond just compensation.
