    As a Programmer you will LEAD by..........

    Providing programming support for all Environmental Technology process equipment through the development and implementation of software changes to improve productivity, reduce cost, and improve safety.

    This process requires that the programmer be able to take a production concept or process and develop the control scheme, develop the PLC and HMI program, install the software on the equipment, and work with process engineers to refine the program.

    In this role, you will also be responsible for worldwide support for ET sites and joint venture partners.

    Your elements for success......

    • Leveraging your education and experience with industrial automation and machine integration, you will provide programming support for HSV processing and manufacturing equipment.

    • Applying your training, certifications and practical experience with software programs such as Allen Bradley Panelview, RSLogix, FTBatch, FTSE, FTME and S-88 Standard; HMI - Wonderware INTOUCH; Siemens - Simatic S7, Simovis, and Simocom U, you willdevelop software for process changes and machine modifications at the request of site process engineers, maintenance department, operations, and project engineering through our MOC process. This software will be installed, optimized, and back-ups maintained.

    • Your advanced computer skills and working knowledge of industrial PLC and HMI software in a process control network environment will be essential, as you provide PLC and HMI support for the Huntsville maintenance department.

    • Demonstrating yourexceptional written and verbal communication skills, you will assist with essential training, related to equipment troubleshooting of equipment controls to maintenance personnel for continuous development of individual skills and knowledge for their level.

    • Being a self-directed individual who requires minimum supervision, you will maintain the back-up software files for Huntsville process equipment to insure equipment functions.

    • Combining your extensive understanding of industrial control systems including instrumentation, with your highly skilled understanding of industrial mechanical systems and industrial robotic systems you will assist in the development of annual maintenance and facilities goals and objectives, as well as make recommendations to improve maintenance and production operations.

    • Utilizing your project experience, you will assist in the equipment controls improvements of the Huntsville site maintenance team to improve equipment functionality, reliability, and improved productivity.

    • Displaying your ability to work in a team environment. align with I/E/C Manager in achieving site objectives, develop and install software, as well as interface with project engineering and equipment vendors to optimize equipment automation during machine development, installation, and start-up.

    • Your ability to multitask and manage multiple projects will serve you well, as you maintain the back-up software files for all Huntsville process equipment, establish, or modify work procedures including PM to meet the demands of the site, as well as requisition all necessary repair materials.

    The competitive Pay Range for this role is $80,000-$110,000 annually. Actual pay will be determine based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
