    Cyclonaire is currently looking for a Project Analyst to join our team.

    The Project Analyst will play a vital role in supporting Project Engineers and Project Managers and contributing to the overall success of our projects. They will also interface with other teams inside of the organization to help move projects through its lifecycle. This position will generate, gather, review, and analyze information in support of active Cyclonaire customer projects. The Project Analyst will gather and analyze project data (costs, schedules, risks) and generate reports and other forms of communication on a regular basis or as needed. This position will be responsible for maintaining file systems, data Integrity, and archives of relevant records. The Project Analyst role will carry out its functions in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values.

    Essential Functions

    • Create and maintain project lifecycle workflows per project
    • Generate lifecycle reports and identify potential project risks
    • Generate and submit purchase requisitions for project materials
    • Vendor quote requests and follow up when necessary
    • Obtain and organize 3

      party manuals for requisitioned parts
    • Generate drawing submission packages based on completed drawings per project
    • Archive digital project documentation for completed projects
    • Generate project operating and maintenance manual per project
    • Attend (audit) project meetings to gather data and help identify risks and issues as necessary
    • Collaborate with project team to ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Competencies: Must have strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus. Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in Adobe Acrobat, ERP systems, Microsoft Teams (SharePoint), is preferred. A disciplined and consistent method of organization is required in supporting the project team.

    Education / Experience: High School Diploma required, Associate Degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field, or a minimum of 2 years applicable experience and/or training in document control. Familiarity with technical data, technical writing, and industrial equipment desired.

    Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 15-20 pounds maximum on your own. Must have the ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, and reaching are required. Must be able to frequently exchange accurate information through written and verbal communications. Must have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, viewing a computer monitor and extensive reading.

    Work Environment: Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

    Safety: Safety shoes (steel or composite toe), safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and other forms of PPE as required in designated areas.
