  • Description

    • Management and leadership of architectural staff (teams of 2-3 people)

    • Review of design deliverables, and as-builts

    • Responsible for budgets, schedules, and team performance

    • Maintain client relationship while developing timelines and deliverables

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Preferred Licensed Architect with five years' experience on commercial projects for new construction and remodel of existing buildings. Commercial, retail, and grocery project experience is preferred

    • Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree required

    • Responsible for all project aspects from preparing fit plans, construction documents for commercial projects, and teaming with other staff on projects

    • Construction administration (including permit process, shop drawings, and field visits)

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
