    We're looking for a Project Engineer Professional in Greenville, NC who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. You'll be accountable for the coordination of projects including, guidance of all technical design, scheduling and budgetary performance, design quality, and safety. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will develop and deliver small- and large-scale capital projects.     Here's what you'll need :

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

    • 8 years of experience in managing design projects related to industrial facilities with Life Science industry experience a plus

    • Ability to lead and manage design teams on projects up to $5mm

    • Ability to lead and manage design teams working directly with a Project Manager on projects greater than $5mm

    • Act as a mentor for other Project Engineers and Design Team Members

    • Strong safety culture both from design safety, and when working in the office or at project locations

    • Strong working knowledge and experience interfacing multiple design disciplines to successfully deliver projects

    • General engineering knowledge that are key to the successful implementation of Life Science projects including infrastructure, process, utilities, and support facilities

    • Ability to work closely with project controls, document control and admin teams for support during project delivery efforts

    Ideally, you'll also have:

    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas

    • Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

    • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
