Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements, ensure contractor compliance with all safety policies

• Coordinate all aspects of projects pertaining to the technical activities on assigned projects

• Acquire quotes from vendors on new equipment or modifications to existing processing equipment

• Determine costs on new and proprietary projects, and manage the spending throughout the project

• Prepare all necessary documents for capital expenditure requests

• Control project variables; timing, cost, quality, and risks

• Coordinate the construction of new production and any accessory equipment necessary for projects

• Oversee the commissioning of new production equipment and process, including training for the production personnel

• Work with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to develop quality assurance testing programs on completed projects

• Insure the project will be completed on time, within budget, and achieve the stated deliverables for the project

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Engineering Degree or equivalent manufacturing experience required

• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and provide direction in a positive manner

• Ability to travel as required

• Proficient with CAD and Microsoft project
