• Project Manager

    Kelly ServicesHorsham, PA 19044

    Job #2686277438

  • Do you have project management experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries? We're looking for you!

Our client is raising the bar on customer experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Our account management teams support the certified sites who care for cancer patients. We are deeply committed to providing each site with an exceptional customer experience, so they, in turn, are better positioned to treat the individuals in their care.

The CAR-T Cell Therapy Experience project manager is a member of this account management team. The role will serve as the primary home-office point of contact for Cell Therapy Experience Leads (CTELs) who are completing the site certification process for new sites. The Cell Therapy Project Manager will manage activities associated with the site certification process for all new sites in 2024, supporting the CTELS by ensuring adherence to project plans, timely follow-up and management of workload across the team.

For many treatment facilities, CAR-T is a relatively new type of cancer therapy. Cell Therapy Experience Leads serve as trusted advisor to the CAR-T Coordinators at these facilities, some of whom may have experience with CAR-T, while others will not. Your role will be to support the CTELs with project management support as they guide certified sites through the onboarding process. Some activities that require support include the provision of process/system training and completion of multiple contracts and documentation.

You will also work closely with the Commercial Operations Program Strategy lead to manage short, mid- and long-term planning for site certification.

If this sounds great, please see additional details below!

What's a typical day as a Project Manager? You'll be responsible for:

    1. Site Certification Management: Overseeing the end-to-end certification project management needs for Cell Therapy Experience Leads managing CARVYKTI treatment centers, helping to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

    2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, operational, and technical departments, to facilitate seamless certification processes.

    3. Timeline and Budget Management: Developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of site certifications.

    4. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identifying potential risks and challenges in the certification process and developing strategies to mitigate them effectively.

    5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate documentation of all certification activities, milestones, and outcomes, and generating regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.

    6. Continuous Improvement: Evaluating existing processes and recommending enhancements to streamline the site certification process and improve overall efficiency.

    7. Training and Development: Providing guidance and support to site teams, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and resources to meet certification requirements.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

    • Have a Bachelor's degree.

    • Have 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical project management.

    • Have a proven track record of managing complex projects, timelines, and budgets.

    • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

    • Have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    It's a plus if you:

    • Have strong understanding of CAR-T treatments, multiple myeloma, and healthcare regulations.

    • Have PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
