    HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

    • You'll join our talented Implementation Management Team.

    • You will serve as a liaison between project managers and team leads.

    • You will be managing schedules, reviewing project status, and understanding how to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

    • You will actively monitor project progress with an emphasis on problem solving.

    • You will be closely collaborating with project managers, team leads, clients and other stakeholders.

    • You will work closely with team leads to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded project schedules using MS Project 2016

    • You will develop and maintain summary level schedule (Gantt) reports, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near term tasks, priority based resource allocations, performance variances

    • You will support the metrics team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects/programs

    • You will follow schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures

    • You will work in collaboration with project managers to drive efficiency in project execution and accuracy in project reporting

    • You will schedule estimating and updating for new work and remaining work

    • You will troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems

    • You will maintain accurate records/paperwork

    • You will facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews

    • You will be willing to work outside of normal business hours as required to meet deadlines

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, or related discipline, or equivalent

    2+ years

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent Problem Resolution skills

    • Great team and client interaction skills

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Skilled in gathering, analyzing, documenting and briefing information

    • Ability to effectively convey requirements, concerns and capabilities to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner

    Desired Skills:

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

    • Good understanding of Earned Value methodology

    • Experience in Medicaid or Healthcare Processing Systems

    • MS Project Server experience (not required, highly desirable)
