Project Support Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global's client is looking for a Project Support Specialist to sit on-site 5 days/week in Chattanooga, TN. They will be responsible for providing support to the electronic integration team for model change projects. 40% of their time will be spent scheduling stakeholder and vendor meetings, coordinating all schedules, updating project case files, sending out action items to vendors/stakeholders, compiling and sending out data to stakeholders, preparing and distributing project status overviews, updating change overviews for the project, etc . The remainder 60% of the time will be project management focused which includes tracking project progress, analyzing new parts/software integration dates, updating vendors/stakeholders on timelines, tracking data points and looking for potential trends, preparing reports that outline changes/progress/due dates, etc.

Skills and Requirements

• A.A.S in Engineering or relevant

• 4+ years of experience in Project management

• Experience working in a manufacturing setting - B.S. in engineering or related

• Knowledge of automotive electronics

• Experience working within an automotive manufacturing environment. null
