Our client, a global healthcare leader whose portfolio of life-changing technologies spans the spectrum of healthcare, is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their growing team! Pay: $33-37/hr

Job Type: 1 year contract

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively manage smaller projects and day to day activities to meet timelines for regular job functions.

• Supplier Quality Experience with supplier quality metrics, performance monitoring,

• Good interpersonal skills to work with individuals from another company to achieve tasks and goals.

• Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance/oversight.

• Previous experience in writing CAPA investigations and/or previous experience in managing supplier investigations.

• Enter records in eQMS systems like isotrain, trackwise, veeva, agile, smartsolve, etc..

• Collect and analyze data for Supplier Metrics.

• Complete tasks independently with minimal guidance/oversight.

• Walks of the manufacturing and warehouse facility areas for compliance.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Quality.

• Knowledge of and previous use of word tools and excel.

• Knowledge of cGMP/ GDP and working in a heavily regulated manufacturing-related environment.

• Supplier CAPA or any combination of experience is preferred.

• Experience in project management a plus.
