WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Generates daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the product parameters and Quality KPIs as needed.
Identifies improvement opportunities in Q2S / Q2C, QUIPs
Consolidates actions and monitors completion, driving the improvement on Q2S / Q2C, QUIPs.
Owns and drives the Quality Incident Elimination DMS as per the IWS Q Pillar
Maintains together with the Regional Quality team and IT team the reporting tools for Quality KPIs
Lead improvement projects that drive the IWS Zero Loss mentality
Understand responsibilities for compliance with regulatory requirements and Company standards
Participate in EHS programs as required by assigned site/role (e.g., PULSAR safety observation program, Safety Triggers)

Do you have analytical skills and know how to create databases utilizing Power BI, Minitab, etc.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Continuous Improvement experience preferred
Previous quality experience preferred
Self-directed and self-motivated with a keen sense of urgency
Quality conscious with attention to detail
Ability to work in a virtual team environment to accomplish objectives.
Use of PowerBI MiniTab Etc data analytic tools
Bachelors of Science degree in Science preferred;
Associate degree with relevant experience (2+ yrs);
High School diploma or equivalent with relevant experience (5+ yrs)
BENEFICIAL
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of and experience with SAP, MES, and Ignition software programs
Knowledge of TPMP regulations

Paid Leave:
