REMOTE WebLogic Administrator

Job Description

A client is looking for a WebLogic Administrator to join their growing team during a migration project. The project this resource will be helping with is a migration from the data center to the cloud. The WebLogic Administrator works predominantly in the Amazon AWS and MS Azure Cloud space on projects focused on on-prem to cloud workload migrations, as well as Greenfield projects. On a daily basis, they will responsible for the following:

1. Install, configure, upgrade and administer Oracle WebLogic Server 10g, 11g and 12C in Development, Test and Production Environments.

2. Deploy applications (WAR, JAR and EAR) files

3. Upgrade/Migrate WebLogic Server

Skills and Requirements

-10+ Years of IT experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration

-Proficient in WebLogic Installation, Domain Configuration, Domain Version Upgradation, domain migration, SSL configuration, Patch Installation, Deployments, Performance Tuning and Trouble Shooting for WebLogic 11g and 12C versions.

-Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical discipline or equivalent relevant experience

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

-Proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to make decisions -Bilingual Spanish and English

-Dual Citizen Mexico and US null
