SAP Business Analyst - Operations

Position Description :

The SAP Operations Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the operation functions within Prysmian North American facilities. They are also responsible for evaluating, designing, implementing, and rolling out SAP project initiatives. They will work closely with the business, and global IT to determine current and future needs. They will work within SAP and associated operation systems to provide solutions. They will provide guidance to the SAP support staff in terms of both mentoring and training.

Responsibilities:

Identify problems and opportunities for improvement in business operations, and to design and implement SAP business solutions to facilitate the day-to-day operations.

Provide Support and Training:

• Lead SAP operation rollouts to the plants

• Provide post rollout support

• Manage daily ticket queue

• Manage work for support team

• Create user and technical documentation for SAP and other operation applications

• Provide training and instructions to end-users

Design and Implement:

• Manage projects for custom solutions and implementations

• Manage project teams (both internal and external)

• Analyze current process and determine business needs

• Work with global IT to design solutions that fulfill the business needs

• Program and support implementation of customized solutions

• Testing applications to assess their performance and functionality

Requirements

• ?3+ years' experience with SAP

• 4-year degree in Business Informatics or related field preferred

• ABAP programming experience preferred

• Ability to travel up to 25%
