    You would be hired as a permanent Sogeti Consultant. An expert in field who will provide guidance and experience a variety of exciting projects, work within different workplaces with diverse teams and various industries.

    JOB SUMMARY

    You will manage the testing phases of multiple programs in the SAP platform. You will define the overall SAP Testing Strategy for the platform. In addition, this role will work with individual projects and programs to define the testing approach, scope, schedule and resources necessary to fulfill testing requirements. In addition, you will plan, design, create, monitor and manage test cycles and environments for multiple SAP programs-globally. You will manage dedicated test environment teams that incorporate customer-centric design thinking practices and Waterfall and Agile/Lean software development methodologies.

    We arelooking for a bright minded, self-motivated, team player with a strongbackground and skilled with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and abilitieswith:

    • Owning the overall SAP Testing Approach; defining a test strategy, data requirements and planning and managing the environments needed for testing.

    • Planning, managing and coordinating all SAP testing activities within complex IT projects including evaluating risk potential during all stages of development.

    • Working closely with business and technical design leads to establish appropriate test scenarios to achieve the design target quality objectives.

    • Leading in the definition of strategies to ensure the most effective and efficient testing is carried out including the use of specialized testing tools and techniques.

    • Collaborating with end users and project teams to define the strategy. Assisting in setting priorities that balance 'desirable' against 'practical' testing strategies.

    • Ensuring use of appropriate tooling for requirement, test defect capture and management.

    • Defining and documenting testing scope (functional and non-functional).

    • Managing and planning individual test phases and producing or assuring phase test plans and exit reports depending on where the responsibility for the test phase lies.

    • Reviewing and assuring output and ensuring best practice test processes.

    • Liaising with SAP Program/Project managers to manage expectations for the testing stages of projects; ensuring agreement of quality criteria and corrective action.

    • Guaranteeing traceability exists between requirements, tests and results for each run and defects with a suitable process in place to handle the effect on testing of changes in requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience in SAP Testing and leading a test team for a tower under a major program

    • SAP FICO and SD modules

    • Functional Domain - Pricing, Forecasting and Resource Management
