    Job Summary

    The Operations and Supply Chain Senior Analyst at RTX plays a pivotal role in honing the precision of our global operations. This position demands a detail-oriented analyst with the ability to distill complex data into strategic insights. Through quantitative analytics, this role will inform senior leadership of opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute advanced statistical analysis on supply chain data to predict trends, optimize stock levels, and enhance operational strategies.

    • Assess the impact of market trends and technological changes, proposing evidence-based strategies for operational improvement.

    • Design and implement robust analytical frameworks to monitor and improve supply chain resilience and sustainability.

    • Develop quantitative reports and maintain dashboards that translate complex data sets into actionable intelligence for senior executives.

    • Innovate approaches to data collection and analysis, ensuring a continuous evolution of analytics capabilities within the supply chain domain.

    • Support SIOP activities through predictive models for supply and demand planning, contributing to the reduction of inventory costs and improvement of service levels.

    • Support ongoing Industry 4.0 technology applications, ascertaining their impact on supply chain performance and recommend integration plans.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams through the operations council framework to translate data insights into efficient, scalable actions.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably with exposure to CORE methodologies and Industry 4.0 technologies.

    • Enhanced emphasis on quantitative skills, such as proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and forecasting techniques.

    • Experience with big data analytics and visualization tools

    • Excellent communication abilities and the skill to manage executive relationships.

    Ability to travel up to 20% as required.

    Must be able to work in office located in Charlotte, NC or Farmington, CT.

    The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
