  • Our client, an International Luxury Brand Retail Company, is seeking an Senior Business Analyst with strong D365 F&O experience to join their team.

    Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst

    Location: New York, NY

    Pay Range: $60-$70/hr on Experis' W2

    Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

    Contract: 3-6 months (will convert to perm if mutual fit) - all applicants must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly; we are unable to work with 3rd party suppliers on this role

    What's the Job?

    The Senior Business Analyst oversees projects and maintenance of the HR and Finance Back Office Applications, including, continuous improvements and daily L2/L3 support requests. The HR and Finance applications encompass the CoreHR system as well as D365 F&O and all its integrated systems.

    What's Needed?

    • Strong IT Project experience managing projects from technical requirements assessments to helping create functional specifications to UAT to delivery. Experience in project planning, exceptional stakeholder management, resource allocation, as well as management of L2/L3 support requests and continuous improvement.

    • Hands on experience using Dynamic 365 F&O is a MUST

    • Exceptional stakeholder communication skills

    • Understanding accounting principles
