Senior Cloud Architect - ServiceNow

Humana is seeking a senior ServiceNow architect who is technical, curious, and enjoys collaborating with others to improve our associates' experience. In this role, you will get the opportunity to work in a well-developed ServiceNow instance that spans across the organization. While this role focuses on HRSD and LSD, there's opportunity to learn and engage across multiple value streams including ITSM, APM, CMDB, and more. Our ServiceNow HRSD value stream is a close-knit, fast-paced group that loves solving problems and having fun doing it.

Humana is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect (ServiceNow HRSD) that:

• Provides ServiceNow support for HRSD and LSD modules

• Contributes to HRSD product roadmap, backlog and OKR development

• Participates in turn activities, PPV testing and instance management

• Participates in technical governance activities.

• Supports project implementations and coordinates operational readiness activities as needed

• Evaluates data from incoming incidents and looks for patterns that would drive process or technical improvements to help the business

• Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the organization

• Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues.

• Ability to maintain project plans and communicate updates

• Ability to work well under changing deadlines and priorities

• Experience with business process mapping and the use of project management software

• Experience thriving in ambiguous software development environments

• Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components.

• Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements

• Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction

• Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments

• Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 5 or more years of technical experience

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

• Background in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript)

• Excellent technical leadership skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends

• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Human Resources

• Legal Service Delivery Accreditation

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$126,800 - $174,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
