    Position Summary

    The CMOCS Senior Coordinator, Systems & Support is responsible for ensuring that our internal and vendor partners receive and maintain the proper access to all systems to assist and support our members throughout the year. This role will require collaborating with other departments to address system issues or improvements. In addition, they will process daily tickets and proactive reports to prevent a variety of business impacts. The candidate will monitor, process, and track daily requests and must be able to research and solve complex problems, perform root cause analysis, provide feedback and solutions. This includes but not limited to daily meetings with vendor partners, IT or other internal resources to assist with resolving or expediting urgent issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and efficiently.

    Required Qualifications

    • 3 plus years of customer service experience in a call center environment

    • 2 plus years of Excel experience (specifically v-look up experience)

      • High proficiency in technology and Microsoft applications such as (Word, Outlook, and Access).

      • Willingness to work mandatory overtime/extended work week when needed

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks on a regular basis with high level of detail

    • Able to work in a fast past environment with minimal supervision

    • Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

    • Support/Backup Peer Responsibilities as Needed: Ability to fill in adhoc on projects and tasks to assist peers when out of office and/or due to prior obligations. Balance workloads during high demand times.

    • Regular and predictable attendance

    • Call Center environment and applications such as Compass, FIVE9, Verint

    • Associates Degree or Equivalent Work Experience

    Education

    High School Diploma or equivalent General Equivalent Development (GED)

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is

    $18.50 - $35.29

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
