    SOSi is currently seeking a Senior Imagery Analyst/Screener to lead a team of imagery analysts in providing full motion video (FMV) screening and geospatial intelligence analysis in support of deployed military elements in Qatar.

    Essential Job Duties

    • Supervise the provision of FMV screening support, including liaison with the customer, reviewing support documentation, monitoring FMV feeds, and ensuring the accuracy of mission logs.

    • Serve as a mentor, developing the skills of FMV analysts, overseeing on-the-job training, and reporting training status.

    • Plan and execute technical training, report training status, and manage internal and external training programs.

    • Perform imagery analysis support tasks such as detailed imagery exploitation, creating annotated imagery products, and acting as a temporary screener when needed.

    • Oversee and manage ISR missions, act as an initial quality control (QC) for mission products, and relay mission-related information.

    • Supervise support tasks, such as equipment maintenance, coordination for FMV feeds, software and hardware updates, technical support for IT systems, and account creation and support.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Active in scope Top Secret clearance is required with current SCI eligibility.

    • 8 years of relevant experience in geospatial intelligence operations, such as GEOINT analysis, remote sensing, cartography, geography, or related field analysis experience while holding one of the following MOS:

    • Army - 35G, 350G, 12Y

    • USMC - 0261, 0241

    • USAF - IN1X1

    • Other DoD or Government agency equivalent specialty codes

    • 5+ years of leadership experience with the demonstrated ability to effectively manage junior personnel.

    • 3+ years of experience (within the past 5 years) with FMV exploitation tools such as Analysis, Integration, and modeling of Earth System (AIMES), ViDex (Video Exploitation), or equivalents.

    • Expert knowledge of basic and advanced GEOINT imagery interpretation principles, techniques, and procedures for imagery exploitation, analysis, and production operations.

    • Excellent written communication, research, and analytic skills.

    • Excellent oral communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material, including the use of multimedia presentations.

    • Expert ability to manage research and coordination for projects, reports, and presentations.

    • Experience writing analytic products following IC directives and guidance.

    Work Environment

    • Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.

    • Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

    • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
