    Duties : Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages, and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure adherence to deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables. Assess current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with stakeholders, conducting surveys, or other various methods. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Implement client-driven solution designs across user pain-points and ecosystem. Bridge the gap between client experience and platform development by proactively identifying stakeholders and gathering their inputs to inform product development. Deliver ambitious products and strategic business capabilities in an agile environment and meet or exceed KPI goals. Improve the agile team and development processes, bring transparency to the team, and grow trust between the business and ecosystem partners. Facilitate dialogue regarding issues, efficient approaches and alternatives, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Present to leadership, stakeholders, and scrum teams on the product capability value, vision, strategy, and prioritized features. Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in

    Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

    Salary: $176,009 to $246,800 per year

    What you have

    Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field and 6 years of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation.

    Experience must include the following: Handle backlog, user stories, defect and any sprint reporting using JIRA and Confluence; Create data visualization for making important product decisions using Tableau; Create dashboards for tracking customer usage pattern and behaviors using Adobe Analytics; Create mockups and wireframes to explain UI requirements to the development team using Snagit, Figma, and Invision; Create roadmaps, visions documents, and quarterly PI planning boards using Mural and Confluence; Facilitate technical discussions with the development teams regarding Agile software development, software architectures, APIs, and JavaScript; Stock plan service domain and equity award products including stock options, restricted stock awards, performance stock awards, ESPP, Rule 10b5-1 plans, and Sec 144 reporting.
