    This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York, Chicago, Detroit, or Omaha.

    The Technology Enablement team is part of LinkedIn's Go-to-Market-Enablement (GTME) organization and is responsible for driving the adoption and enablement of technology solutions across the Global Business Organization (GBO). This includes our Sales, Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations, and Customer Success teams. Our mission is to empower the GBO to leverage our internal processes and technology more effectively, enabling them to be more successful and productive in their roles. We strategically partner with teams across the GBO to embed technology as a catalyst behind the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to deliver value to our members and customers.

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Digital Adoption team within Technology Enablement. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the intersection of content creation, process improvement, and learning strategy to drive best-in-class technical learning for our Sales, Customer Success, and Global Operations organizations.. Your primary focus will be leading a team responsible for tool productivity learning opportunities, managing on-demand resources and documentation, and developing in-tool user support. Additionally, you will also be responsible for developing and managing the strategy for our Learning Enablement ecosystem, ensuring that our teams have access to the resources they need to succeed.

    To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of driving successful learning initiatives within a technology-focused organization. You should be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a deep understanding of content creation, process improvement, and learning strategy. Additionally, you should be able to effectively manage and motivate a team to achieve their goals and drive results.

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead, coach and inspire a high performing team of learning professionals. Provide oversight and direction that aligns with business goals and objectives.

    • Champion innovation, driving the mastery of new technology for GBO through best-in-class training, learning, and content creation.

    • Spearhead the creation, development, and execution of the strategy of the GTME Learning Enablement ecosystem (Knowledge, Learning, and Content Management). Drive consistent, industry-leading learning experiences for all of GBO.

    • Represent Digital Adoption and Technology Enablement in executive conversations to drive strategy and associated impact forward. Raise blockers and/or necessary investments to help our employees be more productive.

    • Support and champion internal change management processes to drive continuous learning experience improvement.

    • Provide thought leadership on learning experience design for adoption of complex technologies.

    • Demonstrate ongoing agility, humility and growth mindset to identify program improvements and the respective operations needed to execute

    • Drive utilization of evaluation and performance data to support data-driven learning solutions. Design new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of learning

    • Experiment with and successfully implement new methods and modes of learning that build upon academic and industrial best practices

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related area of study

    • 4+ years leading learning teams and developing individual contributors at all levels of experience

    • 7+ years experience driving learning solutions for fast-paced, complex global companies with multiple stakeholders

    • Prior experience leading technical learning for global Sales, Support, and Operations teams

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven ability to set strategy, craft a roadmap, and drive execution and implementation of solutions

    • Deep knowledge of adult learning and related tool suites used to develop solutions, ideally in hybrid learning environments

    • Experience developing and delivering creative and innovative training solutions that scale across multiple functions and geographies.?

    • Strong consultative skills and ability to simplify complex problems

    • Master's degree in Learning Technology, Adult Learning, Business Administration, or a related field

    LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

    The pay range for this role is $134,000 to $205,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
