  • The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a Data Warehouse Implementation project, including but not limited to, managing both external and internal IT project teams, and interacting regularly with client management and executive teams. Requires strong communication skills - both verbal and written. Current PMP required. Minimum of 3 years' experience working with cloud-based data warehouse technology. Minimum of 7 years project management experience, with 4 years in a Senior PM role, and 2 years experience working on large, complex IT systems for government agencies.

    Mandatory Experience Requirements

    • Seven (7) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of at least one (1) large or complex IT projects.

    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with cloud-based data warehouse technology

    • Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

    Desirable Experience Requirements

    • Minimum two (2) years of demonstrated experience utilizing a project tracking software (e.g., Microsoft Project) to plan, develop, maintain, and report on highly complex integrated master schedules and workplans.

    • Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Project Manager on a Large and Complex IT System implementation for a government agency.

    • Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Project Manager utilizing an agile or hybrid agile methodology on a Large and Complex IT System implementation project.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Determine project scope, requirements, and deliverables

    • Define, develop, modify, or provide input to the solution plans;

    • Implement project plans to meet the objectives and deliverables;

    • Coordinate and integrate project activities;

    • Manage, lead or administer project resources;

    • Monitor project activities and resources to mitigate risk;

    • Implement or maintain quality assurance processes;

    • Make improvements, solve problems or takes corrective action when problems arise;

    • Give presentations or briefings on all aspects of the project;

    • Participate in phase, milestone and final project reviews;

    • Comply with project documentation requirements or procedures;

    • Develop and implement project schedules and release plans;

    • Evaluate, monitor and ensure solution and staff compliance with laws, regulations, policies, standards and procedures;

    • Comply with standards and requirements for change management;

    • Participate in change control (for example, reviewing change requests);

    • Lead the creation, submittal, and updating of project Deliverables and work products.
