    The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:

    RTX has an opening for a Senior SAP GTS and CRM ABAP Developer (Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) who can work closely with the application team and the internal business community providing designs, development, and end user support in an SAP CRM and SAP GTS environment. REMOTE opportunity. Individual Contributor Role.

    TEAM: Partner with functional team members to review functional specifications and produce technical design specifications.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide level of effort estimates based on functional specifications or business requirements.

    • Design, code, unit test, debug and implement SAP ABAP applications.

    • Resolve open development issues and make decisions about alternate technical approaches.

    • Proactively provide work status.

    • Follow development standards and methodology.

    • Ensure that documentation is properly maintained.

    • Support the change control process.

    • Conduct code reviews with peers.

    • Support application upgrades.

    • Test, debug, implement, and document fixes.

    • Perform issue resolution and root cause analysis.

    • Provide problem solving and technical support, including on-call critical support.

    • Possible travel domestically up to 5% possible

    Required Qualifications :

    Typically a minimum 8+ years' experience in SAP application development, deployment, and support and a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 5+ years related work experience.

    • Organizational, oral and written communications skills.

    • Hands-on ABAP experience.

    • Experience with SAP Middleware.

    • Team player willing to engage and work with other team members.

    • Track record of successfully supporting functional business capabilities.

    • Experience professionally communicating security concerns and positions to technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Ability to possibly travel between sites domestically.

    • Current U.S. citizenship is required , as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract .

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting corporate applications with emphasis on SAP applications.

    • Experience with SAP CRM or SAP GTS.

    • Experience working under the SAFE Agile framework.

    • Fiori experience.

    • S4 Hana experience.

    • Upgrade experience with S4 Hana.

    Education Requirements:

    Typically a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.

    The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
