We are looking for an accomplished self-motivated, and self-starter to join our great team as a Senior Technical Recruiting Sourcer (Engineers & Project Leaders) to assist with the sourcing and hiring of candidates for specialized positions in the Engineering, Architecture, and Construction industries. In this role, you will source and interact with potential candidates online, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, and prepare the qualified candidates for phone screen and/or recruiter interview with the Sr. Technical Recruiter(s) you will be supporting.

    In your role as a Senior Technical Sourcer, you will ensure success by having detailed knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, excellent communication skills, and good interviewing skills. You will also be a skilled technical sourcer and will be able to source the perfect candidate for positions that are often hard to fill. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop sourcing strategies focused on Engineers, Project Leaders, and Superintendents.

    • Coordinating with the supported Recruiters and Managers to determine position requirements in the Engineering, Architecture, and Construction industries.

    • Crafting and sending recruitment emails.

    • Interacting with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.

    • Post jobs on various online platforms, job boards, and social media.

    • Build out and grow the candidate talent pools in the CRM tool, grow candidates, nurture for continued communications.

    • Contacting industry partners for candidate referrals.

    • Identifying and screening potential candidates for phone screen and/or interviews by the Recruiter(s).

    • Attend job fairs and hiring events in-person, and virtually.

    • Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.

    • Managing the company's candidate database.

    • Measuring and recording conversion rates.

    • Travel as needed to support job fairs, hiring events, project and customer work sites.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or similar field (may be substituted with relevant experience).

    • 6+ years of experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter, and at least 3+ years in the Engineering, Architecture, and Construction industries.

    • Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques.

    • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking.

    • Ability to conduct online and offline interviews.

    • Organized, detail oriented and demonstrated ability to manage high volume recruitment activities.

    • Strong working knowledge with a company-wide recruitment database system, applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management (CRMs), internet, HRIS system, MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

    • Strong working knowledge in creating reports and analytics either adhoc or from the data systems (ATS, CRM, HRIS).

    • Strong understanding and application working in a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

    • Strong proficiency with utilizing Excel to create pivot tables and analyze results and forecasts.

    • Excellent communication skills.

    • Good time management skills.

    • Good negotiation skills.

    • Prioritization skills are required and the ability to be flexible should priorities change quickly.

    • Outgoing, calm, focused, results-oriented, self-motivated, entrepreneurial professional.

    • Familiarity with sourcing for technical roles, specifically Electronic Security
