Senior UX Designer

A Sr UX Designer will own and manage the design process throughout our project engagements. Successful designers have a ruthless focus on customers and have a deep understanding of the business metrics and implementation of their design on any channel that is required (Web or App). Feel empowered and can build a clear path with minimal direction based on his process and practices.

• You're adaptable and resilient. It doesn't bother you when your path changes, and you rapidly bounce back when a situation doesn't go as planned.

• You enjoy getting constructive feedback because you're obsessed with personal growth. You are comfortable giving others feedback because you take ownership over the performance of your entire team.

Qualifications

• Lead the day to day design process, producing world class designs for top brands and companies.

• Own the production of UX and UI design for your projects.

• Architect user experiences that deeply resonate with users, and allow them to get their jobs done.

• Gain a deep understanding of our client's business metrics and performance indicators.

• Produce user flow, app diagrams, and experience maps to effectively communicate a user's path through an experience.

• Create low and high fidelity wireframes to maximize the rate at which you learn from users.

• Create high fidelity, consumer-grade UI.

• Architect and build lifelike, fully interactive prototypes using modern prototyping tools.

• Frequently present your concepts and designs to team members, team leaders, and clients.

• Experience dealing with front end UX implementations (CSS & HTML)

• Clear understanding around Framework and how they can support UI overall

• Pair code interfaces with Development team to guarantee UX quality deliverable

• Experience with Front end Frameworks creating or translating design ready assets

• Knowledge working with (Swift / storyboard) for app development

Bonus points if

• You've worked in the SaaS industry.

• Are comfortable working in common design tools such as Sketch, Figma, ~~~, and InVision.
