Service Coordinator

Join our team as a service coordinator. You will be helping our customers throughout the USA and Canada with all their hardware and software related service needs. You interact daily via phone and email with customers, field service technicians, remote support team, management and local and overseas logistic teams.

Your main responsibilities:

• Answer, register and route hotline requests

• Plan onsite preventive maintenance visits

• Plan onsite repairs

• Manage spare part orders and returns

• Process field service reports and determine invoicing

Your Profile

• Customer oriented & advocate, proactive and with professional attitude

• Strong sense of urgency and with excellent follow up skills

• 2 year business degree or experience in a corporate environment

• Excellent planning skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure

Computer skills:

• Fluent with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word

• User Experience with SalesForce or ServiceMax CRM platforms is a plus

• Experience with planning or mapping software is a plus
