    The Role

    We are currently seeking a Software Architect to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Software Architect you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions, ensuring architectural integrity and consistency across our products. This role involves leading the technical direction of projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that meets business needs and user expectations.

    What you will be doing

    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of software systems and components, managing complex projects across multiple teams.

    • Mentor junior and senior engineers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality software development practices.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UI/UX designers, and customer support to understand requirements, define software specifications, and ensure successful project outcomes.

    • Drive the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability. Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources.

    • Engage in innovative research and adopt new technologies to solve complex problems and improve our development environment.

    • Participate in code reviews, contributing to the company's engineering standards and best practices.

    • Ensure the robustness, performance, and failure characteristics of the system.

    • Keep up to date with the latest technologies and trends in software engineering.

    Your profile

    • 5+ years of experience in software development.

    • A master's degree in a relevant field.

    • Experience with JavaScript (Typescript is a plus).

    • Experience with React.

    • Experience with Node Backends (NestJS is a plus)

    • AWS is a plus.
