Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Configuration Managers and/or Test Engineers to join our team in the Hanover, Maryland location. Provides specialized testing and evaluation capabilities tailored to system functions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure that developed products meet quality standards and are delivered to production systems following a quality driven process.

• Use basic testing methodologies for systems or network testing. Ability to automate testing as needed.

• Ensure tracking of configuration items so that systems are consistent across the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of configuration management OR test engineering experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline, or 9 years of relevant engineering experience without a degree.

• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills,

• Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Experience in an CNO development environment

• Ability to perform automated testing.

• Ability to use MS Office

• Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
