    Provide focused support on installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and migration services, while also performing the following functions: SQL, Enterprise Backup / Recovery, Search, Security, and SharePoint System Administration based on the Microsoft Suite of Software currently in use.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain dashboard outlining SharePoint Enterprise points of interest (outage reports, farm utilization metrics, database growth, tickets, etc...)

    • Review SharePoint system logs daily and report any errors causing performance issues for mitigation

    • Ensure SharePoint remains patched as directed by NOS and their required CAT 1, 2, 3 closure rates.

    • Perform monthly performance audit on SharePoint Environment and report any recommended configuration changes to increase speed and efficiency of platform.

    • Coordinate maintenance actions IAW NOS/NGB A6 SLA.

    • Provide all system documentation including processes for maintaining, supporting and configuring the ANGEN SharePoint.

    • Understanding of Air Force and ANG network systems and processes.

    • Travel Requirement: 0-5%

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related technical field.

    • Minimum of 3 years work related professional IT experience commensurate with tasks outlined in this service area (preferred).

    • Current Security+ CE or CISSP

    • MCSA SQL 2016

    • MS Azure Database Administrator Associate (preferred)

    Clearance Requirement:

    • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance

    Experience:

    • Relational database and operating systems experience with MS SQL database, integration and reporting solutions (preferred).

    • Knowledge of IT governance and operations.

    • Knowledge Routing and Networking Protocols.

    • Familiarity implementing DISA STIGs

    Skills:

    • Understanding of NIPRNET and SIPRNET enclaves, functions, and standards (preferred).

    • Knowledge of computer system and network infrastructure operations (preferred).

    • Understanding and application of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) (preferred).

    • Ability to determine how IT systems should function and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes (preferred).

    • Knowledge and experience installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications (preferred).

    • Ability to analyze workflow, establish priorities, and comply with standards to meet operational deadlines (preferred).

    • Ability to install, configure, & troubleshoot SQL server infrastructure (preferred).

    • Ability to migrate SQL instances / database between SQL servers (preferred).

    • Ability to install, configure, & troubleshoot SQL server high availability features (preferred).

    • Ability to take direction and operate without direct supervision to complete tasks.

    • Ability to review and troubleshoot network diagrams and customer requirements.

    • Ability to monitor systems and understand status updates.

    • Ability to work in and enter tickets in Remedy ticketing systems.

    • Ability to deal with customers that may not be network savvy.

    • Ability to create tunnels and certifications for all personnel needing access.

    • Start a project and follow it through to completion with minimal guidance.

    • Create and complete detailed documentation and be able to explain what was completed and how.
