Sr Desktop / Jr. Systems Administrator

Description We are in search of a Mid-Level Systems Administrator for a client based in Dallas, Texas. This role offers a long-term contract opportunity.

POSITION: MID-LEVEL SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR LOCATION: DOWNTOWN DALLAS DURATION: 12 MONTHS+ RATE: $35-$41/HOUR

Responsibilities: Handling entry-level administrative tasks diligently and efficiently Utilizing Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365 for various tasks Effectively managing any server-related issues that may arise Maintaining the integrity and security of servers and systems Setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, and installing system wide software Interacting with users and evaluates vendor products Making recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Running and modifying scripts in PowerShell Logging and Tracking incidents Requirements Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory including GPO VoIP Troubleshooting and Administration Teams Voice preferred but not required O365 Citrix Knowledge Intune SCCM Endpoint management Server patching PowerShell Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
