    Job Description

    As a key member of the Label & Graphic Materials - North America (LGM-NA) Commercial Finance Team, the Senior Financial Analyst, Procurement provides key analytical and financial forecasting / analysis on inflation and deflation, planning and reporting services and support to the North America business units including Graphics, IHM, LPM, and Reflective.

    In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in regard to the reporting, planning and analysis activities for LGM-NA Procurement. This includes preparing financial and business-related analyses, forecasts and research, analysis on inflation and deflation, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting and analysis of financial data. Work closely with the Procurement regional and global leads, participate in the monthly R&O process, maintain supplier rebate accruals, bill of material cost impact analysis, supplier terms analysis, and AP related issues as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the preparation of Inflation reporting, including monthly and annual planning processes. This includes, but not limited to, working with the Procurement regional and global commodity leads for monthly inflation forecasting, Index vs Non-Index inflation reporting, inflation by product line, presentation updates for monthly commodity/ LT meetings and any additional ad-hoc requests

    • Bi-weekly Purchase Price Variance (IPV/PPV) analysis and forecasting for the finance R&O

    • Monthly close process including PPV analysis, inbound freight accrual, and supplier rebate accruals

    • Provide general support and assistance to the business around bill of material inflation forecasting

    • Invoice Price Hold updates

    • Collaborate with the procurement team around supplier payment term extensions as well as the main contact for CitiBank on the Supply Chain Financing program

    • Accounts Payable resolution as needed

    • Monthly IPV and PPV review as well as support internal & external audits for required SOX compliance.

    Qualifications

    Educational/Work Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

    • 5+ years of business experience, such as finance, accounting, procurement, or supply chain preferred

    • Mainstream (common) ERP and/or financial system(s) experience preferred
