Job Description

Insight Global's animal health client is hiring for a Senior Manager over their SAP team. This team's top imitative is to integrate SAP S4 Hana. Candidates responsibilities involve SAP Basis operations and collaborating with external service providers to monitor SLAs through regular status calls. Candidates will contribute to the design, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP applications (including BW, GRC, TDMS, Solution Manager, and Hybris) while ensuring system availability, performance, and business continuity. Responsibilities also include creating SOPs, supporting new projects and upgrades, and coordinating disaster recovery efforts. Compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines is crucial. Ultimately, meeting customer expectations and supporting ITS business partners are key priorities. This role is hybrid in Parsippany, NJ (2x/week) and will convert permanently after 6 months.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of Enterprise SAP Basis Administration experience with multiple full life cycle implementations

• 3+ years of system/database administration experience

• 3+ years of working in a cloud environment

• SAP IT Project Management experience - SAP S/4 HANA implementation and support experience

• Life Sciences/Pharma industry experience null
