Skills and Requirements
6+ years combination of Business Project management experience specifically managing HR projects with Technical understanding Ability to create a work breakdown structure, assigning dates and owners, identifying the critical path, dependencies and reporting out the status, very detailed on the project plan etc.
Familiarity with managing HR projects while maintaining technical project background/understanding
Experience entering project plans into a system (ServiceNow is used by this client; previous experience with SNOW is a plus)
Experience with an Agile methodology
Senior PM background with strong communication skills and ability to report out project status (weekly program status meeting)
Understand the technical details and report details out to executives.
Familiarity with high visibility projects / ability and confidence to report to leadership at VP level and to the CTO and Chief Administrative Officer
Strong liasoning experience within an organization between teams null
