    About the Job:

    As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you'll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a QA Automation Engineer, you'll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation

    our software products for our customers.

    What You'll Get to Do

    • Day to day management of equity derivatives testing in (North America), leveraging an offshore (India) QA team keeping track of each release cycle and project delivery

    • Provide clear direction and vision to QA team members, ensuring all regression and new functionality is tested each release cycle

    • Provide regular status updates to business and IT stakeholders

    • Gather details about testing priorities and focus

    • Preparation of test plans / strategy documents for various types of testing to be undertaken

    • Create test cases, automation scripts (if applicable)

    • Prepare requirement traceability matrix (RTM), Execute tests as per plan, Document test results, and log defects for failed cases

    What You'll Bring with You:

    • 5+ years in the field of IT and Testing in the BFSI (Banking and Financial Industry) domain

    • Testing experience with at least one Trading Platform (e.g. Fidessa/Calypso/Summit)

    • Defect Management

    • Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery model

    • Willing to work out of the New York city office 3 days a week

    New York Pay Range

    $106,000-$140,000 USD
