JOB DESCRIPTION:
Agile Decision Sciences LLS is urgently seeking Sr. Software Developers to support software development and SDLC related processes at the Software Engineering Center, composed mostly of systems within their sustainment period.
CECOM SEC is a comprehensive software support center, providing technical advice and acquisition support early in the life cycle, then sustainment support during Post Deployment / Postproduction. CECOM SEC provides much of the Department of Defense's (DoD) software expertise needed to support C5ISR, as well as logistics, business, and enterprise systems.
SEC's core competencies within Warfighter business and logistics applications and systems include software development; software testing; software acquisition support; Army net-centric data strategy; cyber security/data forensics; independent verification and validation; software field support; and electronic warfare software reprogramming.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences.
Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale.
Work primarily in React JS, Spring Boot and PostgreSQL
Collaborate across time zones via MS Teams, GitHub comments, documents to include Atlassian suite, and frequent peer programming sessions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least five (5) years within the last eight (8) years of experience in building large-scale software applications.
Experience in building web applications
Experience in designing and integrating APIs.
Excellent debugging and optimization skills
Experience in unit/integration testing
