  • Build the Future of Medical Technology: Software Engineer

    Our client, a leading healthcare innovator, is seeking a Software Engineer, Staff to join their growing team. As a Software Engineer, Staff, you will be part of the Quality Engineering department supporting various product development teams. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with strong communication, project management, and document management skills.

    Job Title: Software Engineer

    Location: Plainfield, IN or Four Oaks, NC (Hybrid Role)

    Pay Range: $65-70 per hour

    What's the Job?

    • Develop, enhance, and maintain software systems following established design control processes.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, analyze, and interpret software requirements.

    • Design and implement complex software solutions.

    • Create and maintain software validation documentation.

    • Participate in the validation process for medical devices (experience with equipment validation a plus).

    What's Needed?

    • A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

    • Experience in software validation documentation (creation and changes) and/or equipment validation.

    • Familiarity with quality systems (ISO 13485, ISO 9000, GMP) is a plus.

    • Proven project management skills with strong communication (written and verbal).

    • Experience with document management systems.

    • A passion for continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
